He, along with his team, executes the full development cycle; from land acquisition to building, while closely monitoring and evaluating project financial performance at each stage. A key component of Sam’s role also includes negotiating equity and hybrid investments in large-scale premium developments nationwide. Additionally, Sam works closely with his executive team to build a project go-to-market strategy that is underpinned by critical analysis and stress tested against sound financial principles.

Transitioning to roles such as Finishing Supervisor and Site Supervisor from 2014 to 2023, Nic honed his technical skills, managing intricate projects and diverse teams.
